Study of Electroluminescence Intermittency in Metal Halide Perovskite Micro-crystals
This project aims at understanding the differences between the recombination behaviours of charge carriers under optical and electrical excitation. We intend to find the origins of EL intermittency in hybrid halide perovskite micro-crystals, which otherwise exhibit stable PL.
Electroluminescence
EL is an optical process that leads to the generation of photons as a result of the radiative recombination of holes and electrons during the passage of an electric current through a material.

Investigating Spectral Instability in Mixed-halide Perovskite Nanocrystals
Here we are focused to study the spectral shifts taking place in mixed halide perovskites upon photo-excitation, at single NC level.
